"Advantage of Bicon Dental Implant System : Immediate Implant Placement. " Making the best use of the features of Bicon Implant System. Two cases that made the best use of the features of Bicon Implant System are presented. First case is the extraction of a fractured tooth and immediate placement of an implant. Autogenous bone was harvested from the extractions site and transplanted into the gap between the extraction site and the implant. With advantages of Bicon implant-abutment connection, a resorbable membrane was placed, and the implant was immediately loaded. Second case is the Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) with simultaneous placement of implants in severe bone loss area. Shape of the Bicon Implant made the simultaneous placement possible.
